Crunchy Clustery No Added Sugar Granola
Ingredients
1 cup mixed nuts/ dates/ seeds
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup rice malt syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
pinch salt
2 egg whites, whisked
How to Make
1.Mix all ingredients together
2. Place greased baking paper on a tray and bake 160 degrees for approx 20 mins or until lightly golden – but not too long as it will taste burnt ? yummo!
