choc overnight oats

Overnight oats are the perfect way to start the day. This no-fuss, no cooking required chocolate overnight oat recipe has you bouncing out of bed, knowing that breakfast is ready and waiting.  There is nothing better than arriving home after a workout and knowing the meal prep is done, or better still overnight oats are so darn tote-able, just soak in a jar or container and they are a portable breakfast on the go!

Oats are soaked in milk overnight, providing the consistency similar to that of cooked oats in the final product.  Chocolate for breakfast though I hear you say? Yes, well it is of the raw cacao kind so a cold-pressed and far healthier version that what you may imagine. I have also made

cinnamon spiced apple overnight oats,
