Fabulously Simple Seedy Crackers – Gluten Free

These seedy crackers are so simple to make you’ll wonder why they have only entered your life now!  Throw out the processed store-bought variety and get cracking with this gluten-free, trans-fat-free and dairy-free version of goodness.

These crackers are perfect serving with a cheese and fruit platter, cut larger and served with smoked salmon and avocado or in a dip

Seedy Crackers

Ingredients

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup almond meal

2 cloves garlic

2 tsp. fresh sage, chopped

1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt

How to Make

  1. Preheat oven 160 degrees
  2. Line baking tray with non-stick parchment paper
  3. Combine seeds and almond meal in a bowl
  4. Whisk remaining ingredients with 250ml water
  5. Pour liquid mixture into the seed mixture
  6. Spread mixture on a prepared baking tray
  7. Bake for 30 minutes
  8. Cut into small crackers and flip over
  9. Return to oven for 25 minutes
  10. Remove from oven and allow to cool on the tray
  11. Store in an airtight container
