Cute Cauliflower Popcorn Critters
Ingredients
2 cups cauliflower chopped into small cute florets, stalks removed
1 cup brown rice flour
1 egg, whisked
1/2 finely grated cheese
1tsp sage
1tsp paprika
How to Make
Boil the chopped cauliflower for 5 mins, then drain well and stir in egg.
Rub the grated cheese into the flour, adding spices then add cauliflower to the mixture and toss to coat.
Arrange on a lined tray and bake 20 mins 200 degrees
