When something is you passion it certainly shines

When something is you passion it certainly shines through. Being named as a finalist in the Gold Coast Woman of the Year alongside other amazing GC ladies is certainly a humbling surprise, as I’m just following my heart and living true.
From presenting corporate and school workshops, hosting virtual workshops with seniors @feroscare , writing health related interest articles, private coaching with individuals, developing seasonal menus with @koolkidsearlylearning or inspiring residents through the @activehealthygoldcoast program each day affords me the opportunity to help create a shift in the lives of others and something I am always mindful to cherish.
If you know me, you’ll know I’m a little embarrassed by attention and don’t operate personally on how many likes or followers come my way. I do however feel it’s important to acknowledge and support the wonderful achievements of women following their passions and perhaps accidentally inspiring along the way.
