This Week in Habits, Health and Fitness News

With so much reading done over the holidays it’s time again to share my favourite habits, health and fitness news links that were worthy enough to bookmark.  These are the headlines that caught my attention, and offer advice on the principles we often chat about here on Ironmum Karla.

Also, this week I  started up a Karla Gilbert Healthy Habits Support Page to add value and support to the 7-week Healthy Habits Program. There has been some great posts coming through with sharing of meals and workouts to help the accountability factor.
