So, I’ve tried a few so called healthy banana bread recipes in my time. Of course anything resembling a sugary cake I tend to avoid which is why I love this recipe so much!
My family ask for it time and time again which for me is a nice feeling that in portionable sizes, makes for a great school snack.
You may have seen this recipe over at the Hollywell Road Market Facebook page where I now curate healthy recipes from some of their fabulous ingredients in store to feature in their weekly catalogues and online. The store really is my little piece of gourmet goodness and love walking away with new ingredients to try!
Anyhoo, I know you are super keen to try the recipe for yourself so here it is!

Add the butter and sugar to a bowl and beat together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Next, add the eggs and beat well, then adding the mashed banana. Beat only enough to combine.
