It’s been widely said that symptoms are always a better indicator than signs and this is no different when it comes to nutritional deficiencies. Rather than heading straight down the medication track, a more natural approach in my eyes is a far better option.

fluffing around blog topic researching and thought it was a good one to share. It’s always fascinated me how our body drops hints when there is something wrong..as long as we listen to it and don’t ignore the warning signs.
Of course you should always get your doctor’s opinion and don’t just rely on Dr Google if any of the above relate to you but I think it’s pretty cool that there’s this plus many more ways of detecting nutritional deficiencies.
